In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. THIS WILL BE AN OFFICE JOB AND CANDIDATES MUST WORK IN THE OFFICE WITHIN THE NEXT 3 WEEKS

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products and services.
• Address customer concerns and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products, services, and policies.
• Adhere to call center scripts and procedures to ensure consistent service.
• Document all call information according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service experience in a call center environment preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using call center software and systems.
