As a Solutions Architect, you play a pivotal role in our Global Product Operations Team, driving the implementation of HR enterprise solutions. You serve as the vital link between client needs and the technical aspects of our platform, ensuring seamless integration and maximum value realization. Responsibilities : Technical Expertise : Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of our product suite, addressing technical limitations. Use Case Analysis : Assess client requirements, recommend optimal product configurations, and propose effective program implementations. Proposal Development : Collaborate with Sales and Client Success teams to create customized proposals for RFPs, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with client needs. Client Consultation : Provide expert advice to clients on product functionalities, limitations, and best-use scenarios, offering alternative solutions when necessary. Technical Liaison : Act as a bridge between clients and our product and engineering teams, translating technical requirements and ensuring alignment. Continuous Learning : Stay informed about product updates, emerging issues, and technological developments to refine your expertise continually. Insight Collection : Actively gather insights from client interactions, identifying challenges, preferences, and opportunities within our platform's usage. Knowledge Gap Identification : Monitor and identify knowledge gaps within Sales and Client Success teams regarding product features, capabilities, and limitations. Feedback Loop Creation : Establish a systematic feedback loop between client-facing teams and product teams to ensure prompt relay of client feedback and experiences. Collaborative Strategy Development : Work closely with Product Managers and Product Operations to develop strategies addressing client needs and knowledge gaps. Interdepartmental Communication : Serve as a key communication conduit between product engineering teams, sales, and client success departments, fostering mutual understanding of challenges and opportunities. Experience and Skills :

• Technical background (Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent).
• HR Tech or Enterprise system experience.
• Proven Project Management skills, including working with global and senior-level stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English, with confident presentation abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client problems and identify standard use cases supported by our product.
• Experience delivering consultancy services, pre-sales support, and advice to clients.
• Aptitude to work cohesively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
