The Assistant Portfolio Manager is responsible for operations oversight of multiple properties in an Elevate portfolio. What You'll Do:

• Elevate the Asset: Collaboration and communication with cross functional teams to facilitate thorough asset inspections and assisting with reporting, managing vendors, and city licensing/ inspections/ violations when needed.
• Elevate the Compliance: Monitor compliance with renter's insurance, application requirements, and system tracking while implementing creative solutions when issues arise to ensure accuracy.
• Elevate Operations: Improve vendor management efforts by fostering seamless communication and collaboration while monitoring vendor performance and addressing issues promptly to ensure project success.

Who You Are:

• Elevated Attitude: Positive, action oriented, and operations focused.
• Elevated Experience: At least 2 years of property management experience is required.
• Elevated Communication: Strong and clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Elevated Professionalism: Professional appearance and demeanor consistently.

Qualifications and Skills:

• 2 years of team or property management experience is required.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required.

• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Proven ability to think creatively and implement innovative solutions.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Desire to develop and foster a strong and inclusive company culture.

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
