Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the operations and management of our business. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Manage employee schedules and payroll, ensuring accurate and timely processing
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with inventory control to optimize stock levels
- Collaborate with the Manager to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase market share
- Assist with pricing strategies to maximize profitability while remaining competitive in the market
- Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Support the Manager in conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team members
- Assist with shift management, ensuring proper coverage and adherence to company policies

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to effectively multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in inventory control practices
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
