Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall operations of our company. This is a dynamic position that requires strong leadership skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties: - Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring efficient workflow - Manage and maintain inventory stock levels - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints or issues - Assist with sales management, including setting goals and monitoring performance - Support team management by providing guidance, training, and motivation to staff members - Assist with pricing strategies and promotions to drive sales - Collaborate with the Manager on buying decisions and product selection - Assist with recruiting and hiring new team members - Contribute to the development of training programs for staff members Requirements: - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a retail or hospitality setting - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Bilingual proficiency is a plus - Experience in sales management is highly desirable - Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions - Knowledge of inventory management systems and point-of-sale software We offer competitive compensation based on experience, along with opportunities for career growth and advancement within our company. Pay: $15.66 - $20.00 per hour
