The Coaching Experience/Sales Associate is a passionate individual who seeks to help members, clients and guests improve their lives through health and fitness. This person is responsible for managing day-to-day tasks; welcoming guests and members to the gym; selling memberships and training services; and leading staff to work as a cohesive unit. This role requires a considerable amount of self-motivation, leadership skills, ability to collaborate and communicate, and ability to influence others in a positive way.

· The Coaching Experience/Sales Associate responsibilities include:

o Selling memberships, training services, and retail products

o Retaining Members and Training Clients, including ongoing communication to drive regular usage of the club and training sessions

o Overseeing the scheduling of clients for Personal Training, Semi-Private Sessions, and Body Scan Consultations

o Assisting members with the Anytime Fitness App, equipment, etc to support achievement of member’s health and fitness goals

o Developing Club Culture; Greeting, meeting, motivating, and inspiring members; Knowing members names and their goals; Smiling; Being approachable

o Maintaining and cleaning the club throughout the day

o Assisting with various events including but not limited to Community Marketing/Awareness Events, Educational Seminars, Health Fairs, Sales days/weeks, Member Appreciation Days

Goals of Position

o Achieve monthly new client goals

o Achieve time-bound retention goals

o Achieve monthly conversions on specified metrics (i.e. Fitness Consultation to New Client Sign Up conversion, etc.)

o Assist client with renewing their agreement or identifying a new Anytime Fitness program as they near the end of their initial personal training agreement

o Create raving fans out of clients

o Help maintain a clean and sanitary environment

o Maintain a level of client retention as defined by the club

A personal training certification is not required, but must be willing to acquire certification within 90 days of hire date.
