Requirements:

• 3 years of restaurant management experience, showcasing leadership, responsibility and the ability to train and develop your team

• Awesome sense of humor

• Previous experience as a Server/ Bartender

• Understanding of social media platforms

• Holds employees accountable for excellent intuitive service and fosters an environment of open, clear, two-way communication and continuing education. (High Five or pull aside)

• Extensive Beverage knowledge

• Empathetic, compassionate & charismatic

• Adventurous eater

• Oversee the training direction of the FOH/BOH team

• Advanced knowledge of spirits, cocktails & beer

• Effectively interview, hire, and train employees to build our culture

• Understanding of P&L

• Ability to originate a budget and control food, liquor & labor costs

• Scheduling oversight

• Develop and maintain vendor and community relationships

• Eye for details

• Excel proficiency (Yeah, we gotta do inventory.

• Maintain Knowledge of local restaurant scene and general restaurant trends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
