Management duties include, but are not limited to, ensuring the overall success of shifts, directing & guiding staff to be their best, building relationships, creating a comfortable & inviting atmosphere, orchestrating special events, parties & reservations, creative marketing and social media, inventory, safe food handling practice, bar management, responsible alcohol service, ensuring cleanliness and proper maintenance of the property, scheduling, money handling, interviewing, hiring, training, & terminations.

In addition to the responsibilities expected of our hourly management (above), the Assistant General Manager will learn how to process payroll, compile all inventories, initiate improvements, ensure completion of tasks by hourly managers and staff and more. The AGM sees the bigger picture and will play an integral part in the growth of the business.
