Responsible for administrative and other project management support tasks for HR Operations Leadership, the Leave of Absence team, and vendor partners. This role serves as the first point of contact when seeking service from the HR Operations organization.

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Enables strategic HR leadership priorities through customer service, communications, and logistics coordination, as required.
  • Answer CHRO and HRBP inquires and resolve issues by utilizing HR Operations procedures, policy, knowledge management systems, and other reference materials.
  • Execute workforce changes and reductions through both communications and transacting system processes.
  • Prepare RIF packages while relaying with BuHR and Legal.
  • Support logistics of inclusion activities, including delivery of effective training and communications plans.
  • Build and deploy customized surveys based on business needs.
  • Monitor survey results and reports findings to leadership.
  • Participate in HR Operations continuous improvement initiatives as required / requested.

Requirements:

  • Requires a BA/BS in HR, business or other related disciplines and a minimum of 2 years experience in HR Operations; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
  • Understanding of HRIS systems/technologies, Talent Mgmt processes/programs, and excellent customer service skills specifically with support to executive level.
  • Strongly preferred experience in Healthcare and/or insurance industry, organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication and work independently as a self-starter.
  • Ability to review, edit, and build process maps from end to end.
  • Ability to research all aspects of a process map and communicate effectively with all levels within the organization.
  • Knowledge and understand of leave of absence processes and laws.
  • ADA knowledge a plus.

Job Type: Potential contract to hire.

Additional Details:

  • Work Location: 740 W Peachtree St NW, Atlanta, GA 30308.
  • Must be located within 50 miles of this location.
  • 2 weeks of training may need to be onsite from 8-5 EST.
  • Regular work hours are flexible with starting no later than 8:30 AM EST.
