Job Description:

The Project Manager oversees project costs, schedules, and staff leadership, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and codes. They will address construction issues, collaborate with stakeholders, and uphold company values. Competitive salary offered. EOE/DFW.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain project controls for status tracking, changes, quality control, and safety.
• Analyze reports to prioritize critical activities and resolve delays.
• Coordinate shop drawings and submittals with subject matter experts.
• Manage change processes and negotiate contracts and subcontracts.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
• Ensure project compliance with contract terms and legal requirements.
• Facilitate project closeout activities and evaluate projects for cost savings.
• Participate in professional development and lifelong learning.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 2-3 years of relevant experience with a commercial/industrial contractor or 5 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in estimating and managing self-performed and subcontracted work.
• Basic understanding of construction principles and processes.
• Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, and reporting software.
• Effective communication skills with various stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to different job sites.
• Familiarity with construction software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, time management, and attention to detail skills.
• Knowledge of construction safety and OSHA requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
