Job Description:
- We need a highly motivated and organized Project Manager with excellent communication skills to lead workstreams across various work experience models, such as internships, grad programming, apprenticeships, pre-internships, and career change opportunities.
- The Project Manager will work closely with ECP Program Manager and will be you will be responsible for executing various workstreams across multiple programs.
- Self-motivated, intellectually curious, and takes ownership for everything you do.
- 1 - 3 years of Coordination, Project Management or Event Planning experience.
- Collaborative team player.
- Excellent Project Management skills and the ability to handle multiple efforts simultaneously.
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize work and remain flexible with shifting responsibilities.
- Strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent people/relationship skills.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently when needed.
- Ability to execute a project from end to end.
- Experience with Recruiting/Campus Programs a plus.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred.
