Job Duties

• Prepare, implement, and manage the master project schedule, ensuring efficient project timelines.
• Support the creation and management of project budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
• Understand project scope and effectively manage change orders, ensuring seamless project execution.
• Coordinate the process of obtaining necessary permits in collaboration with the design team.
• Work closely with multi-disciplinary teams, both internal and external, such as Contractors, designers, engineers, and consultants, to ensure a high-quality, profitable, and timely completion of projects.
• Support Sales/Leasing and Marketing team activities to contribute to the successful completion and stabilization of projects.
• Formulate optimal project programs to achieve project objectives efficiently.
• Collaborate with Pre-Construction Services to analyze and monitor data, information, and reports related to project costs and value engineering.
• Embrace and uphold the core company values, exceeding expectations in all responsibilities.
• Establish strong relationships and communication channels with suppliers and key stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and personnel as needed.
• Provide support in creating and managing weekly internal office project status reports, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Undertake any other responsibilities necessary to ensure the successful realization of projects.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will have /-1-3 years of real estate related project management experience
• The right person will combine the right skill sets with a positive attitude to be successful at Newrock Partners
• Ability to “roll-up the sleeves” from project inception through delivery
• Organizational skills
• Preliminary aptitude for financial analysis
• Strong interest in real estate practices
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing
• Willingness to take on unstructured problems
• Understands the value of team approach and effectively uses teamwork to improve results
• Positive attitude and ability to work in team environment
• Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
• Research skills and ability to compile data
• Understanding of fundamental Project Management best practices
• Ideal candidate would possess an undergraduate degree or higher
• Familiarity with Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and surrounding suburban jurisdictions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 per year
