- Thorough knowledge of Project Management and Controls Tools.
- Strong knowledge of small business operations and challenges.
- Masterful organizational, communication, and leadership skills, supported by previous professional success with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Superior project management and negotiation skills for both internal and external purposes.
- Demonstrated ability to take the initiative, being action oriented and driving for results.
- Must be flexible and have a willingness to work within multiple conflicting priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey information and ideas in a variety of media to a diverse audience.
