WORK OBJECTIVE:
Leads projects within the organization's project portfolio, primarily focusing on new software, technology integrations, and upgrades. Plans, executes, and finalizes projects to ensure successful implementation, on time and within budget, in support of key strategic initiatives. Develops, implements, and recommends Project Management Institute (PMI) standards. Work involves defining project objectives and ensuring quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
Work is performed under nominal direction with considerable latitude in the use of initiative and independent judgment. Position develops solutions to non-routine issues, without appreciable guidance from others and exercises significant latitude in determining best approaches to critical assignments.

Supervision:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or programming; supplemented by five (5) years of recent experience in IT solutions implementations, with directly related project management experience; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Master’s degree and five (5) years of experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. Experience with managing and implementing projects related to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Optical Character Recognition (OCR) and Document Redaction. Experience with managing and implementing Web Applications and API integrations project solutions.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:
Ability prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
Ability to analyze and prepare complex reports and documents
Ability to use reasoning skills that minimize duplication of efforts, including but not limited to comparing, classifying, analyzing and coordinating
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret program related laws and regulations and establish necessary work processes and procedures
Ability to manage multiple priorities to ensure that deadlines are met
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with judiciary, legal community, general public, management, co-workers, elected and appointed officials and members of diverse cultural and linguistic background regardless of race, religion, age, sex, disability, political affiliation or sexual orientation
Ability to regularly attend work and arrive punctually for designated work schedule.
