Educational Service Center of Central Ohio Description:
Administrative Assistant for Student Services to assist with calls and questions from parents and school districts, data collection and reporting requirements, student intake and withdrawal processes, data entry, and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:

• High School diploma
• Post-secondary secretarial or office management training is desirable.
• Documentation of a clear criminal record
• Complies with drug-free workplace rules and board policies
• Proficient in oral and written communications skills
• Ability to compute mathematical data accurately
• Strong diplomacy skills, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task
• Proficient in office protocol and the use of information technology systems
• Proficient in data entry, spelling, proofreading, and the correct use of grammar
• Proficient in the use of office and management information software
• Congenial telephone etiquette and experience operating a multi-line system

Salary:
Commensurate with experience and in accordance with specified salary schedule
