The Senior Business Development Manager (Associate)is a member of the U.S. Division Development Team, reporting to the Division Business Development Director. The person in this role will provide support across the business development lifecycle as an integrated team member, including pipeline management, bid decisions, proposal management and reviews, and strategic reporting.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
This position requires educational achievement; knowledge of federal funding mechanisms; excellent writing skills; demonstrable initiative, creativity, and flexibility; ability to work independently and effectively in groups; and strong interpersonal & organizational skills.

This position offers an anticipated full-time equivalent annual base salary range of approximately $76,000 to $90,000. Salary offers are made based on market analysis and internal equity.
