The Impact You’ll Make: 

As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the CEO's productivity, enabling him to focus his time and energy on strategic initiatives, decision-making, and fostering key relationships. Your proactive support and seamless coordination will be the driving force behind our CEO's ability to lead effectively

It's important to note that the role of an Executive Assistant is highly dynamic and may evolve based on the CEO's priorities and the changing needs of the organization. Effective EAs are adaptable, resourceful, and capable of taking on new responsibilities as they arise.

Location: This position will work onsite at our Home Office in Sandy Springs, GA 5 days per week, Monday-Friday.

How you’ll make an impact:

  • Calendar Management: Efficiently manage the CEO's schedule, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. This requires interaction with both internal and external executives and assistants, as well as consultants and business partners.
  • Email and Communication: Screen and manage the CEO's emails, draft and respond to messages on their behalf, and ensure that urgent matters are addressed promptly.
  • Meeting Preparation: Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and briefings to ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings and presentations.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and transportation for the CEO, both domestically and internationally.
  • Document Management: Organize and maintain important documents, reports, and files, ensuring easy access and retrieval when needed.
  • Information Flow: Ensure timely and effective flow of information to and from the CEO's office, keeping them informed of critical developments.
  • Follow-Up: Track action items and deadlines resulting from meetings and initiatives, ensuring that the CEO is aware of and follows through on commitments.
  • Technology Support: Assist the CEO with technology-related tasks, such as setting up virtual meetings and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Confidentiality: Maintain the highest level of discretion and confidentiality regarding sensitive information and discussions.
  • Personal Tasks: Occasionally assist with personal tasks and errands for the CEO, such as managing personal appointments or handling household-related matters.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with key contacts and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO.
  • Emergency Response: Be prepared to handle urgent matters or crises, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the CEO's productivity.
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and best practices for executive support to continuously enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years' experience supporting executive leadership 
  • Complex calendar management experience
  • Experience scheduling domestic and international travel arrangements for management, including commercial and private aviation.
  • Experience assisting management with the creation of PowerPoint presentations.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

  • The CEO's office can be high pressure. Resilience, and being able to handle stressful situations with composure are valuable traits.
  • Understanding the CEO's vision and goals and aligning your support with those objectives is essential.
  • The ability to find information, contacts, and resources quickly can save time and add value to the CEO's work.
  • Small details can make a big difference. An EA should have a keen eye for detail to ensure nothing is overlooked.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. The ability to prioritize and manage these tasks efficiently is key.
