Senior Treasury Analyst

The Senior Treasury Analyst is responsible for all cash transaction processing and assists the Director of Treasury with all aspect of Treasury operations including cash forecast, cash and banking operations, foreign currency management, international treasury planning including hedging, debt management and operations, and work closely with the Accounting, Tax, and other areas of Corporate Finance. This position has a hybrid work schedule (home/office) and reports to the Director of Treasury.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support global payment processing activities of the Company's operations.
• Support the daily administration of the cash management processes which includes analyzing cash receipts, disbursements, monitoring bank balances and setting the company global cash position.
• Prepare and review journal entries for cash transactions and upload journal entries to the Company's general ledger system.
• Support the cash forecast model with data input and analysis.
• Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, collaborating with internal and external accounting offices, supporting audit requirements, as well as banks KYC requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Experience with implementation of treasury management system.
• Strong and effective team player in working with various disciplines and peer groups; can cover all gamut of tasks required to ‘getting a job done.’
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, in leading teams and coordinating with other disciplines on driving projects and issues to closure.
• Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes and quality of deliverables.
• Superb ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities.
• Superb ability to meet committed timelines, leveraging assistance and input from peers, supervisors, and staff.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent skills with technology and work applications.

Experience/Education

• 3 years of professional experience and responsibilities covering treasury operations
• 5 years of professional experience in Accounting and/or Finance
• Experience operating in global environment such as in a multinational corporate structure
