Your Impact:
Sr. Finance Analyst - FP&A and Corporate Projects will provide financial insights and business partnership to the Jacobs - Divergent Solutions/iCMS organization and tackle Accounting corporate projects that impact the entire organization. This high visibility finance role will provide reliable data and analysis to help with decision making and planning, as well as become a trusted business advisor to the leaders of our Finance organization. The ideal candidate is a quick learner and comfortable with ambiguity and working across teams. S/he possesses a keen attention to detail, has a passion for numbers, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role entails interaction with Accounting leadership, Finance leadership, and requires a balance of strong verbal and written communication and partnership skills, and delivering results. The role is a mixture of owning the FP&A process for the organization and driving projects that impact the entire organization.
Responsibilities:
Providing FP&A finance support to the leaders of the Jacobs Divergent Solutions/iCMS teams related to demand planning, productivity, metrics, and reporting.Diving deep into the financial data and becoming a subject matter expert to provide additional insights.Partnering directly with the Finance Org's and central FP&A groups to collaborate on metrics, goals, and business reviews. Identifying and understanding business challenges and proposing and creating solutions. Working on Corporate projects and initiatives that impact the entire organization.
