Treasury Analyst

The Treasury Analyst is responsible to assist the Treasury Team with all aspect of Treasury operations and cash management, including cash disbursements, cash forecast, banking operations, and debt management, and work closely with the Accounting, Tax, and other departments of Corporate Finance. This position has a hybrid work schedule (home/office) and reports to the Treasury Manager.

Primary Responsibilities

• Support the global payment processing activities
• Support the daily administration of the cash management processes, which includes managing the cash positioning and performing cash reconciliations
• Support the cash forecast model with data input and analysis
• Research variances and respond to inquiries from the corporate departments related to bank account activities
• Support external audit requirements
• Other responsibilities include but are not limited to, support of system implementation to automate treasury processes and various department initiatives

• Knowledge of payment processing
• Strong attention to details
• Strong knowledge of Excel and excellent in learning new technology/work applications
• Strong and effective team player in working with various disciplines and peer groups; can cover all gamut of tasks required to ‘getting a job done’
• Strong communication, both written and verbal, in leading teams and coordinating with other disciplines on driving projects and issues to closure
• Commitment to organizational excellence and constant awareness to seek opportunities to improve processes and quality of deliverables
• Superb ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and responsibilities
• Superb ability to meet committed timelines, leveraging assistance and input from peers, supervisors, and staff

Experience/Education

• 1 years of professional experience in Accounting and/or Finance, experience with cash management process are a are plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Other experience that is not required, but will make you stand out: operating in multinational corporate structure and prior close interaction with Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and GL teams

EdgeConneX offers a competitive benefits package. The preferred pay range for this position is $60,000 to $70,000. Compensation will be finalized after consideration of the successful applicant’s prior work experience, education level and relevant education, and unique skills.
