THE ROSE VENICE is looking for a hard working PASTRY COOKto join our team.
All of our desserts are seasonally inspired by what is available at the farmer's market and we prepare everything in house from scratch. We make all of the bread used in the restaurant and bakery from scratch as well, using organic and local heirloom grains that we mill in house. We make a variety of breads including baguette, bagel, pain de campagne, danish rye, and country bread.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a pastry kitchen and/or mixing, shaping, baking breads, prepping, and plating. Cleanliness, organization, and teamwork are essential to our everyday success. Bring your best everyday, be able to take criticism, and have a desire to learn and perfect your craft.
We ask that you have 1-2 years of experience in a pastry kitchen and have full availability. Starting pay is depending on experience. We are looking for AM and PM shifts.
