The Outreach & Marketing Coordinator is accountable for:

• Referrals from community members, organizations, and online directories
• Updating website, digital and print marketing materials
• Maintain online directory listings and email communications 

Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities Include: 

• Conduct outreach to clinics, physicians, hospital systems, universities, churches, and other potential referral sources to offer support and promote ECG therapists and services
• Maintain databases of marketing and visibility opportunities. Plan and coordinate events, presentations, or workshops as necessary. 
• Research local events, organizations, groups, sponsorships, advertising, and other opportunities for Eddins Counseling Group to be visible as a mental health resource for the local community. Coordinate participation in approved opportunities.
• Maintain databases of referral sources including contact information, communication attempts, and referral data
• Post new and maintain existing clinician listings on external website directories 
• Assist with researching, coordinating, writing and executing internal and external communications
• Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures on all regularly recurring tasks and processes 
• Provide general administrative support and other duties as assigned.

Skills and Requirements

• Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once
• Proven experience as an marketing assistant or other relevant administrative support experience.
• In-depth understanding of the entire Google suite of office productivity tools, with aptitude to learn new software and systems
• Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities.
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a flexible environment.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
• Professional level verbal and written communications skills.
• Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done
• Adaptable and enjoys a challenge
• Ability to keep company confidences
• Regular and reliable attendance and timely arrival to work is required.
• Ability to attend mandatory staff meetings and training as directed by ECG.
