As a Marketing Coordinator, you are the heart of lead generation and building brand awareness for our autonomous finance solutions.

You will support the Marketing Manager in three main areas:

The ideal candidate will be hard-working, detail-oriented, and able to undertake a variety of marketing tasks surrounding all aspects of event planning and execution. The right person should be able to work diligently under pressure and can work with different departments and teams, as needed. This role requires up to 25-45% of travel.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Create your own marketing campaigns to generate a sales pipeline through marketing activities such as internal and external conferences, trade shows, webinars, speaking engagements, roundtables, and more
• Source prospective clients, partners, programs, and events, and evaluate for fit with the overall strategy
• Collaborate with external and internal stakeholders: From vendors to customers, to colleagues
• Monitor and create reports and budgets by comparing and analyzing results with plans and forecasts

Desired Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree required
• 2 years of relevant experience (marketing, advertising, public relations)
• Knowledge of traditional marketing, guerilla marketing, and digital marketing tools
• Experience promoting programs through various marketing channels (email, social, paid, etc.)
• Translate business goals to execution with a data-driven approach
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Microsoft Excel), G-Suite (with emphasis on Google Sheets), and a CRM database
