Ebenezer is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) for our new beautiful and spacious Skilled Nursing Community in St. Paul, Minnesota! This nursing role is responsible for continuity of nursing care by delegating, directing, and supervising nursing care delivered within our transitional Care or Long term care units.. Demonstrates management skills through effective problem solving and decision-making, assuring compliance with State and Federal regulations as well as Ebenezer Quality standards.

Nursing leadership schedules include;

• 80 hours every two weeks
• Day shift, Salaried

Ebenezer Integrated Care & Rehab (EICR) serves seniors with long-term, transitional, and dementia care needs in the heart of downtown St. Paul. As part of Fairview's Community Health and Wellness Hub, EICR is committed to delivering innovative, collaborative care. The Fairview Community Health and Wellness Hub opened in 2022 to deliver a variety of services to the community—from primary and mental health care to enrichment options for seniors, food access programs, and community gathering spaces. The Hub brings Fairview services together with local organizations—including Minnesota Community Care and Sanneh Foundation—to make it easier for people to access what they need to be well.

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Leads, supervises, directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure that care is provided per individualized plan of care. Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards
• Assures that plan of care, medical records and other documentation are up to date
• Reports problematic areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions. Makes decisions regarding situations, implements actions and evaluates outcomes
• Serves as facility supervior and assumes administrative reponsibilities asa assigned
• Perfroms other duties as assigned and directed

Qualifications

Required:

• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Registered Nurse
• RN Licensure/egistered with MN Board of Nursing
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Health Care Provider from American Heart Assoication (AHA) or American Red Cross
• One to Three years experience in Long Term Care
• Basic computer skills

Perferred:

• Bachelor's Degree - Registered Nurse
• Three to Five years experience in Long Term Care
• Supervisory skills
• Point Click Care Knowledge
• MS Office, Excel and Word
