The RN Nurse Manager is responsible for managing the resident service care plans and direction/supervision of health care staff.

Full-Time 

Minimum qualifications:

• Current Minnesota RN license and BLS certification
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn electronic health record systems
• Sensitivity to resident needs and the ability to build positive relationships with them and their families in the transition between settings
• Leadership skills with supervisory experience

Preferred qualification:

• One year experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living environment
