Easy Choice Wireless is Hiring a Sales Account Representative Near Carlsbad, CA

At America's Mobile, we believe in nurturing talent and providing opportunities for our sales team members to shine. As part of our commitment to excellence, we offer a 60-day paid training period for Sales Closers to demonstrate their sales prowess and generate sales with potential clients. During this period, you will have the chance to showcase your skills and potential while getting a feel for the exciting challenges that lie ahead. Once you have completed your training period, you will be elevated to a sales team member with the continued opportunity to earn between $2,500 - $4,500 per week!
What to Expect During the Training Period:
  • Training and Onboarding: You will receive comprehensive training and onboarding to familiarize yourself with our products/services, sales techniques, and company culture. Our experienced sales mentors will support you throughout this period to help you succeed. 
  • Lead Identification and Prospecting: We will provide you with a pool of qualified leads and prospects to engage with during the training period. However, we encourage you to bring your creativity and resourcefulness to identify additional opportunities. 
  • Sales Closing: Your main objective will be to give full presentations to potential clients who have shown interest in our offerings. Your ability to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and convince them to buy into our opportunity will be essential. 
  • Sales Performance Tracking: We will closely monitor your progress during the training period and provide regular feedback to help you refine your sales strategies and techniques. 
  • Support and Collaboration: Our collaborative sales environment encourages team members to support each other. You will have the chance to work closely with our sales team and learn from their experiences.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma/GED.
  • 1 years of sales experience.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communicator.
  • Excellent phone and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
  • Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Compensation:
  • During the 60-day training period, you will receive a competitive base salary plus commission for any successful sales and potential deals closed. This structure ensures that your efforts are recognized and rewarded from day one.
  • Successful Sales Closers can earn between $2,500 - $4,500 PER WEEK!
