Overview:
Grandpa's Garage Collectibles Store, a treasure trove of unique and nostalgic collectibles, is seeking a dynamic and engaging Hybrid Sales Representative to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a natural flair for communication, a passion for sales, and an interest in connecting with people both in person and online. Key Responsibilities:

• In-Person Sales: Provide exceptional customer service, engage with customers to understand their needs, and guide them through our collection to make personalized recommendations. Work hours are Friday 3 PM to 9 PM, Saturday 1 PM to 9 PM, and Sunday 12 PM to 6 PM.
• Online Sales and Live Streaming: Host live streams on Friday and Saturday from 7 PM to 9 PM, showcasing our products, sharing stories behind the collectibles, and interacting with online customers in real-time. No previous experience in live streaming is required; we're looking for someone willing to embrace this exciting opportunity!
• Sales Initiatives: Take initiative to drive sales both in-store and online. Be creative in finding new ways to engage customers and enhance their shopping experience.
• Product Knowledge: Become well-versed in our inventory to provide accurate and engaging information about our collectibles during in-person interactions and live streams.

Requirements:

• Outgoing and engaging personality, with a genuine love for talking to people.
• Willingness to work the specified hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Interest in sales, with a proactive approach to meeting sales targets.
• Comfortable with technology and open to learning how to conduct live streams.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Work Schedule:

• Part-time contract position, 20 hours per week.
• Specific work hours: Friday 3 PM-9 PM, Saturday 1 PM-9 PM, and Sunday 12 PM-6 PM.
• Required live streaming hours: Friday and Saturday 7 PM-9 PM.

Compensation:

• $16 per hour, plus commission on sales.
• This is a contract position with potential for growth based on performance.
