The Administrative Assistant job in Bangor, Maine is responsible for answering and transferring phone calls, and basic office functions such as filing, emailing and customer service. You'll have a solid understanding of how to manage confidential files, while also creating and maintaining strong professional rapports with clients and customers. This is a full time, 1st shift that is temp to hire.
Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

• High School Graduate or equivalent
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask
• Skillful using MS office suite including Word and Excel
• Must be familiar with business operations at the corporate level
• Strong ability to work well independently and within a team environment
• Determined and goal oriented

Required Skills:

• Office experience
• Customer service experience

Administrative Assistant Details:

• Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-430pm
• Pay Rate: $17/hr
• Start Date: ASAP
