In this role, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the business to understand and enhance our Firm's Document Management System (DMS), Case Management Software, and Microsoft Add-Ins. As a resident specialist in Kansas City, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our staff is effectively trained on these systems to support the goals of our Data Organization.
