Position Overview

This position will create and implement new Business Office Manager training program. Will provide training for all facets of BOM duties, including duties of office staff managed by the BOM.

Responsibilities

• Create, implement and maintain business office policy and procedures in accordance with state and federal regulations
• Maintain training documents, along with 30, 60, 90 day evaluations completed on new BOM
• Conduct routine audits of processes to determine additional training needs

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must possess a minimum of one (1) year experience as a manager in a Skilled Nursing Facility business office setting
• Point Click Care (PCC) billing system experience
