Eastridge is Hiring a HRIS Analyst Near La Jolla, CA

Eastridge Workforce Solutions is a leading provider of workforce management solutions, dedicated to connecting skilled professionals with rewarding opportunities. We are hiring an HRIS Analyst for our client, an independent, nonprofit institution, focusing on conducting biomedical research in cancer, neuroscience, immunology and rare children’s diseases, in La Jolla, CA. The ideal candidate will lead and assist with their implementation projects. This role is slated for 4-5 months contract, with the option that it could be converted to a permanent hire. The position will commence with an on-site induction period spanning several weeks, after which there will be an opportunity to transition to a hybrid working model. Candidates must possess robust experience in Excel and have participated in at least one HRIS implementation project cycle. Responsibilities

  • You will manage all data file transfers and uploads to and from HRIS and ancillary systems including applicant tracking system, benefits admin systems, etc. You will project manage the implementation, any prior experience with the implementations, upgrades of HR systems including human capital management, benefits admin system, applicant tracking system, and all other systems is desired.
  • Creates and maintains documents for process flow, procedures and training purposes. Uses flow charts, screenshots and step-by-step instructions to document HR processes.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Requires a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in HR, Finance, Business, IT or other related field and 5 years of in-depth experience implementing and supporting HRIS or an equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been attained.
  • Advanced Excel skills: Ability to complete look-ups, pivot tables, conditional formatting, nested functions.
  • Ability to manage and update large databases. Including data entry, extraction, cleaning and analysis.
  • Prior ADP experience a plus.
