- Balance day-to-day operational and administrative responsibilities with a focus on both short-term and long-term business health.
- Develop infrastructures and foundations for operational excellence, streamlining processes and systems.
- Build trusted relationships with other leaders to encourage communication, collaboration, and sharing of best practices.
- Work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Maintain positive working relationships with kitchen leaders and staff throughout service periods.
- Provide support to service staff and actively participate in the service cycle when necessary.
- Ensure HR practices and policies are followed, holding team members accountable to all standards and practices.
- Oversee the accurate and timely completion of the Payroll process.
- Ensure excellence and cleanliness in the dining room while maintaining appropriate inventory and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with DOL/Health Department regulations.
- 3 years of leadership experience in a similar establishment
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, ideally in culinary or restaurant management.
- Proficient knowledge of systems and processes in restaurant management
- Strong business and financial acumen
- English fluency and Spanish knowledge preferred
