Job Description:
The Restaurant Manager will report directly the the General Manager and Director of Operations. Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Management of daily operations and setting up the restaurant for success.
Organizing events with our event manager and overseeing any day of communications regarding eventsm as well as sharing BEOs with our kitchen team and communicating with BOH.
Assisting in staff training and education - conducting pre-shift and leading team meetings.
Upholding company standards and protocols.
Following opening and closing procedures and assuring cleanliness of the restaurant.
Assisting the General Manager in any daily functions or tasks necessary.
Managing guest interactions and building a strong clientele base.
