E-Z Wheels Driving School is Hiring an Office Receptionist Near Union, NJ

E-Z Wheels Driving School is company dedicated to providing exceptional driving lessons Auto and CDL to our clients. We are currently seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Bilingual Office Receptionist.

Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Office Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere in our office. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, have some experience with computers, and a background in customer service. Previous experience as an office receptionist is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department.

3. Manage and maintain the reception area, ensuring cleanliness and organization.

4. Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document preparation.

5. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

6. Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors.

7. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.

8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications:

1. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.

2. Some experience with computers and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.

3. Previous experience in customer service is preferred.

4. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Professional appearance and demeanor.

7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

8. Previous experience as an office receptionist is a plus.
