Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish, with exceptional communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls to customers to provide assistance and support
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers to address inquiries and resolve issues
- Analyze customer needs and recommend services
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue

- Knowledge of Filing, use of multi-line phone, fax and copy documents, email.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in English and Spanish languages (Bilingual/Multilingual)
- Previous experience in customer service
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
