Bilingual Receptionist:

Bilingual English/Spanish experienced receptionist needed to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the office. 4 day work week Saturdays a must. Candidate must be have high degree attention to detail. Knowledge of Microsoft, excel and outlook. Must have customer service experience. Serious applicants only.

Training Benchmarks:

• Will be taught how to use the programs for client data input.
• Will learn the price point for each individual program.
• Will be taught the importance of creating a comfortable ambiance for the client.
• Will learn about school policies, rules, and state requirements of Commercial Driver’s License and Graduate Driver’s License.
• Will learn how to process clients from Workforce Development, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation, and Department of Veteran Affairs.
• Will learn how to properly manage calendars and arrange appointments.

Skills:

• Will obtain interpersonal communication skills as well as active listening, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 38 – 40 per week
