Recepitonist/Office Assistant:
The recepitonist He/She is responsible for answering all incoming calls, redirecting them as needed. The recepitonist greets vistors and gives directions to redisents, vistor. Office Assistant part of the job is responsible for medical records filing ordering and special tasks.
Responsibilites:
1. Answering the door for guest in and out.
2. Composes correspondence and answers telphone for Administrator, HR and office personnel as needed .
3. Maintains files as needed inculding HR.
4. Ordering office supplys.
5 Ordering Medical supplys for nursing and stocks on the units.
6. Creates Employee ID Bages.
7. Medical Records.
8. Coordinates outgoing and incoming mail to facility.
9. Performs typing maintains fax and copy machines.
10. Performs other duties as requested.
Specific Educational:
1. High School degree or equivalent.
2. Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
3. Must be computer literate.
