Dynamic Solutions Technology, LLC, a premier strategic services firm that meets IT and Service needs for commercial and government clients, is seeking a full-time Management Analyst II .The place of performance for this position is in the Washington DC area.

Responsibilities:

• Apply knowledge of management functions, processes, and analytical methods or techniques to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and customers

• Support the analysis of problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control.

• Draw conclusions and devises solutions to problems relating to improvement of management effectiveness, organizational structures, work methods and procedures efficiency, and resource requirements, utilization or control.

• Develop and drafts program or project milestone, progress monitoring, financial, acquisition quality control, maintenance, or training documentation.

• Provides management, budgeting support, and financial analysis services as required.

• Perform work measurement studies, program or project operations efficiency reviews, cost studies, or workload change impact analyses.

• Use automated management information systems in performing fact-finding and analytical functions in addition to performing Information Assurance and Information Security Analyst.

• Supports major command level mission requirements associated with security, environmental and safety, infrastructure, technology, and RDT&E program engineering and management requirements.

Qualifications Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business or technical related technical field
• Min 7 years of relevant focused experience
• Or an Associate's degree and ten (10) years' experience
• Able to obtain a Secret security clearance

Desired Qualifications:

• 7 years experience in engineering/science management, operations research analysis or financial/cost analysis.
• Solid relationship builder
• Quality Certification (ITIL, or other)
