Job Summary:
The Human Resource Generalist position is an integral member of the Human Resources team and will, at the assigned location(s), support and coordinate the day-to-day functions of the Human Resource (HR) department including, but not limited to, recruiting and interviewing staff, coordinating new hire processes relating to onboarding, pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. Essential functions of the position include providing an in-person resource for, and support of, HR processes at the assigned location.
