Lasko Products, a market leader in home comfort products for over 100 years, is looking to add a Human Resources Business Partner to its corporate headquarters in West Chester, PA, with occasional travel to other company locations.
The HRBP will positively influence and impact the organization by providing hands-on HR expertise and innovative solutions. Success in the position requires a track record of excellent judgment, strategic thinking, influencing skills, and results orientation. It is critical to gain the trust and respect of leadership and employees while pursuing positive organizational goals and objectives, and the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with both HR and staff at all levels of the organization. The position reports to the CHRO.
