The impact you will have in this role: 

Being a member of the Enterprise Services Team, the Business Management Director will work side-by-side with the Chief Enterprise Officer to drive transformational growth for operational strategic initiatives. Lead a mission critical team through the rigors of change and navigating ambiguity while working with key internal partners to manage a wide variety of activities globally. Use a growth mindset to challenge the status-quo, find opportunities for process improvements and influence and drive consistencies across the businesses by implementing changes that improve the organization's efficiency.

Your Primary Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the business in assisting to define and direct the strategy, organizational design, key priorities and decisions in pursuit of the vision and business outcomes
• Support the operationalization of annual business plans including objectives, strategies, and execution plans for the business
• Develop monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reports and materials for Senior Executives and facilitate internal meetings, including business reviews etc.
• Identify risk mitigating and efficiency opportunities in day to day activity and ensure any solutions are implemented consistently across the businesses.
• Support key internal and external governance forums as relevant to the business by developing materials, ensuring critical matters are raised at these forums and ensuring they are resolved by working with cross functional partners.
• Provide data insights and drive cross-functional coordination to support business decision making.
• Mitigates risk by following established procedures, spotting key errors and demonstrating strong ethical behavior.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 10 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

The salary range is indicative for roles at the same level within DTCC across all US locations.
