As an IT Business Management Associate, you will support execution of cross-IT programs and process improvements including continuous improvement of the System Delivery Process (SDP). As an associate working in IT Business Management, you will have the unique opportunity to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders across IT and support solutions that will have an impact IT wide. The candidate in this role will demonstrate the ability to be a self-starter, listen to and analyze a problem or challenge with the system deliver process, and collaborate on and support execution of a solution. This candidate will be a part of a self-organizing and empowered team of individuals driving towards a common goal. 

• Learn the system delivery process and communicate with users
• Demonstrate problem solving, analytical and collaboration skills to design solutions with stakeholders and users to improve processes
• Demonstrate strong written communication skills by thoroughly writing and updating documentation that supports the system delivery process
• Demonstrate keen attention to detail when evaluating impact analysis of a change to processes
• Leverage your understanding of project management and agile practices to contribute to updating the system delivery process and its underlying controls based on continuous improvement requests
• Be able to learn quickly and communicate or demonstrate process changes to users
• Work from a team backlog using JIRA
• Multi-task by supporting various efforts at one time
• Collaborate closely with project managers, scrum masters, PPM and JIRA
• Manage small process improvements and gain experience writing out project plans and requirements as well as coordinating / facilitating solutions across stakeholders
• Coordinate meetings, distribute meeting minutes and follow up on action items. Learn to facilitate meetings.
• Have the opportunity to work closely with the IT Project Management Center of Excellence

• Minimum of 4 years of related experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
