Job Requirements:

Provide administrative assistance and office support.

Responsible for routine and advanced correspondence including letters, memoranda, and reports. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals with the ability to work independently. At times may be asked to be responsible for confidential material.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare general correspondence and manage parcels
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings
  • Coordinate catering and/or activities for office events
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for office and field staff
  • Screen incoming phone calls
  • Maintain professional appearance of office common areas
  • Coordinate with vendors for servicing office equipment
  • Monitor, maintain, and order office supplies
  • Assist HR Team with onboarding for new employees
  • Support staff with maintaining certifications, licenses, & training requirements
  • Serve as liaison between the local office and corporate departments such as accounting, human resources, information systems, marketing, facilities, and risk management
  • Greet clients and manage the front desk reception area
  • Data and File management

Position Requirements:

  • Good writing and verbal communicative skills
  • Strong computer skills with experience in Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Knowledge of internet research
  • Familiarity with a engineering and construction concepts, practices, and procedures is a plus.
  • Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent with at least 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Position requires a minimum of 24 hours a week.
  • Valid driver’s license with approved/acceptable driving history required.
