We are seeking an
(Engineering/ Architecture) Project Manager Administrative Assistant to join our Project Management department. As part of the PM team, you will support the Project Managers by performing the following duties:
- Monitors and distributes both internal and external project communications as requested by the project manager.
- Develop project schedules and calendar invites in collaboration with assigned project manager(s).
- Compile client comments and assist the project manager with tracking items.
- Create and take meeting notes for critical meetings with team input. On site if required for critical off-site meetings
- Tracks the budget for the assigned projects, monitoring project costs, deadlines, and change orders as per the direction of the PM.
- Organize and track open items related to projects providing timing and updates to the PM.
- Invoice prep for assigned project managers including schedules of values and progress reports
- Maintains project document filing and general project folder management.
A successful (Engineering/ Architecture) Project Manager Administrative Assistant has four or more years in administrative role supporting project managers preferably in an A/E organization. Excellent communication and organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines and projects.
Computer Skills:
MS Office Suite (Excel proficiency preferred) and Bluebeam Studio/PDF viewer review proficiency.
Educational Requirements:
Minimum Associate degree in business, communications, administrative office technology or related field.

Salary Range:
$55,000 - $65,000
This job requires in-office work. Remote work is not available for this position.
