We are seeking a Project Manager Assistant (PMA) in our Cary office (100% in-office) to support our Project Managers in administrative tasks and responsibilities. PMAs work closely with PMs to set up and maintain data in systems, coordinate schedules and calendar invites, compile meeting minutes, and track project budgets. In addition, they will assist with invoice prep, document filing, and project communication.
A successful PMA has 3-5 years of administrative experience supporting Project Managers preferably for an A/E organization or related experience.
Education Requirements: Associate Degree in business, communications, administrative office technology, or related field.
Computer skills: MS. Office Suite, Ajera, and Newforma experience desirable.
