Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and administrative support. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Manage the company calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain office supplies and inventory
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Assist with special projects as assigned
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Familiarity with front desk operations is a plus
- Experience in a medical office setting is a plus
- Professional phone etiquette
