As Operations Manager, your responsibilities will be to oversee the daily business activities of the assigned branch to meet business objectives and improve overall business functions, develop, and implement growth strategies, train heads of departments, analyze and manage budgets, create policies, and communicate business goals, manage operational costs and improve administrative processes.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Responsible for achieving branch sales targets
• Create, manage, and execute plans to increase sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction
• Identify and promote business opportunities to ensure sustainability
• Mentoring, coaching, and developing employees’ skills and abilities to optimize productivity
• Must be able to effectively build, develop and maintain relationships and demonstrate a positive brand awareness through all interactions

Required Skills and Experience

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• 5 years managing an Insurance Restoration company or division
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills required
• Strong customer service skills
• Good knowledge of different business functions
• Possess exceptional budgeting and finance skills
• Organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize a variety of tasks/projects
• Proactive nature, Proven ability to build, motivate and maintain high performing teams
• Most have Xactimate and Symbility estimating experience
• Mitigation, Construction and Reconstruction experience
• Must possess computer and internet skills
• Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Must be able to effectively operate and navigate Dash. All notes, documents and interactions will be tracked through Dash

Required Licensure and Certifications

· IICRC

· Must possess a valid and unrestricted driver license and have a satisfactory driving record
