Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and ensure our business is well-coordinated and productive.

Responsibilities:

• Supervises day to day activities for busy tire recycling facility
• Troubleshoots employee/truck issues
• Responsible for designating tasks resolving emergency issues
• Maintaining yard safety Monitoring material/fuel supplies
• Assists with compliance for DOT, DEP and FMCSA guidelines

Experience:

• Heavy Equipment Operation
• Valid Driver's License
• Proven experience in project management, overseeing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong background in supervising teams and managing day-to-day operations effectively.
• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards achieving common goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
