Job Description: Academic Operations Manager (Munnerlyn Campus) Reports to: Head of Middle and Head of Upper School Scope: Supports Academic Life Key Skills: Takes initiative Solution-oriented Positive, upbeat, supportive & encouraging attitude Maintain confidentiality Effective communication (oral and written) Google Suite Database Comfortability with digital communications and records Responsibilities: To support the Academic Office To be an information and support resource for faculty To plan academic-focused parent events To support division heads and faculty advisors in the planning and execution of academic honors and events To assist with the planning and execution of Graduation events To provide administrative support for the Professional Growth program at Episcopal To collaborate with the Registrar and School Operations Manager To liaise with the Office of Admission and Enrollment on New Student Placement Communication and Testing To perform other duties assigned by the Heads of Middle and Upper School To participate in the life of the school Episcopal is committed to a school culture that is safe and positive for all members of our community.
