DPHR is Hiring an On-Site Supervisor Near Claremont, NC

Join our internal team as a contracted On-Site Supervisor for our client based in the Catawba/Claremont region. You'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations and nurturing a positive workplace atmosphere. We're seeking a highly organized individual with demonstrated leadership abilities and a history of effective employee management.

Schedule: Split Shift 11am – 7pm or 12pm- 8pm

Environment: Manufacturing facility

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate on-site staff to optimize efficiency and morale.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and employee engagement.
  • Responsible for retention and engagement goals measured by the client scorecard
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly metrics reporting
  • Conduct regular performance assessments and provide valuable feedback.
  • Collaborate with HR to manage talent and foster positive employee relations.
  • Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for streamlined employee management.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Manage scheduling, timekeeping, and attendance utilizing dedicated software.
  • Maintain accurate records of attendance, performance, and disciplinary actions.
  • Work closely with departmental leaders to enhance overall employee performance.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Experience within the Staffing industry
  • Experience with retention and engagement of temp employees
  • Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly metrics reporting
  • Familiarity with ATS software for recruitment purposes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
